    • Recommended for urgent orders and furniture items

  • Free Shipping (Orders over £50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
    • Basic tracking available
    • Ideal for non-urgent orders

Please Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We cannot ship to some Asian countries and remote regions – please contact us if you’re unsure about delivery to your area.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of our home furnishings. If you’re not completely satisfied with your rugs, furniture, or accessories, you may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • In original, unused condition with all tags attached
  • In the original packaging (especially important for fragile items like bathroom furniture or curtain poles)
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Mattress protectors
  • Duvets
  • Fitted sheets
  • Custom-made curtains & curtain poles
  • Any opened bedding products

How to Return an Item

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund timing: 5-10 business days after we receive your return

Exchange Process

For exchanges (size, color, or different product):
